My wish is to assist you to be the best version of yourself, by providing you with the opportunity to experience deep relaxation. In this relaxed state your body has the opportunity to tap in to its own healing abilities and restore a state of balance where it is able to.
After a fabulously varied career as a professional musician, music teacher, primary school teacher and also some time in retail, I decided to study Reflexology. This was a fulfilment of a long time dream for me, as the seed for my fascination in Reflexology was planted as a teenager. A family friend 'magically massaged' away an annoying headache by working various areas of my feet. Looking back I realise that along the journey of my life, the Reflexology 'seed' was being nurtured and my training had begun right back then, as I always seemed to be presented with feet to 'rub'. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Since completing the studies for my Diplomas in Reflexology, and Anatomy and Physiology, I have continued adding to my services and skill set by attending further training courses with local and visiting practitioners/teachers.

I discovered my love of Reflexology when I received my first Reflexology session at the age of 22. Since then I have travelled the world as an International Flight Attendant, and enjoyed experiencing and learning about the various styles of therapeutic Reflexology. This has helped me to discover and develop my own style which I would describe as a gentle, nurturing, relaxing approach.
I believe this style of Reflexology melts your body into a deep state of relaxation great for anyone that needs to destress in today’s challenging living and working environments. Most of find us ourselves getting stuck in the Fight and Flight mode. Let me help you activate your parasympathetic nervous system Rest and Digest and bring you back into balance.
Reflexology performed by a skilled professional is among the most relaxing therapies, it gently nudges the body towards its own innate healing process. As a practitioner I work with care, compassion, and mindfulness, understanding the unique power and transformative potential that can be unleashed through this treatment technique promoting health and wellbeing unique to the individual.
My goal is to create the space within you that allows for relaxation, healing, and wellness to happen.
